The Link Swastha Triphala is a formulation that contains three types of dried fruits – Aralu (Terminalia chebula), Bulu (Terminalia bellirica) and Nelli (Phyllanthus emblica). This formula has been used for centuries to promote immunity, good health and longevity by maintaining proper digestion of food, absorption of nutrients and elimination of unwanted toxins from the human body. Triphala also acts as a rejuvenator that slows the aging process.
You can also use Link Swastha as directed for hyperacidity, indigestion, gastric irritation, stress related disorders and flatulence.
- For rejuvenation and maintenance of good health One to Two tablets, twice a day.
- For hyperacidity, gastric irritation, indigestion, flatulence and stress related disorders Two tablets, twice a day.
- For constipation and bowel irregularity Two to Four tablets, after dinner. You can commence with two tablets at night and increase the dosage up to four tablets if needed.
- Avoid the tablet if you are pregnant or if the patient has diarrhoea.
