Churna or Choorna’s which is a word derived from Sanskrit translates to a finely ground mixture of herbs that are formulated to address specific health issues.
The Link Dhathree Choorna (Dhatri Churna) is an Ayurvedic herbal formulation that is used as a laxative and blood purifier. This is typically taken at bedtime after soaking it in hot water which helps you in promoting bowel movements and detoxifying your blood.
Ingredients: Senehe Kola (Cassia senna), Indian Gooseberry (Emblica officinale), Bulu (Belerica myrabalan) and Aralu (Chebulic myrabalan)
Dosage: For better results use 5 - 10 grams with warm water or bees honey. (1 -2 tea spoons) Ideal at bedtime.
